The staff were incredibly attentive to our every need and the luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations. The exclusive swimming pool and private facilities were exceptional and added to our overall experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.
The one minor issue we encountered was with the room temperature. It was a bit warm for our liking, but the staff promptly addressed the problem and provided a solution.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was professional and courteous, always prompt to assist us. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, which made our stay even more comfortable. The shuttle service to the ski resort was very convenient, taking us there in just 5 minutes. We also enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the mountains around the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful in general.
The prices of the amenities offered were quite high, especially in the casino. We also found the temperature of our room a bit too warm for our liking.

Celebrating New Year at a luxurious resort was an amazing experience! the live performance and delicious buffet left us craving for more. the location was perfect with a scenic view of the mountains and easy access to both a ski resort and water park. We also enjoyed the comfortable, spacious rooms with clean facilities.
The pricey amenities were a big drawback, especially the costly buffet which was hard on the wallet. Though there were many activities offered, it seemed to cater mostly to gambling which was not our interest.
